A furnished one bedroom plus loft condo in Gondola Village, Creekside, a short walk to the Creekside Gondola, with laundry in the suite and two parking passes.

Gondola Village sits on the Creekside side of Whistler Mountain, so the lift is a walk rather than a drive or a bus ride. Creekside has its own grocery store, coffee and restaurants at the base, and Whistler Village is a short drive or bus ride up the highway.

Inside, the living area has a cedar plank ceiling, light wood floors and windows looking out into the trees. The kitchen is open to it, with wood cabinets, a slate tile floor, a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination and an updated vanity.

The bedroom is on the main floor, furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The loft sits up a ladder from the living area, tucked under the roofline, and works as a second sleeping space. A stacked washer and dryer sits in a closet, so laundry stays in the suite.

The unit comes fully furnished and ready to move into, and comes with two parking passes.

02 · The TermsWhat is included

Term is twelve months, fixed, starting November 1, 2026. Rent is $3,300 per month plus utilities. All occupants are named on the tenancy agreement. Hydro and internet go in the tenant’s name and are paid directly to the providers.

03 · House RulesOccupancy and conduct

• Every adult living in the unit goes on the tenancy agreement, jointly and severally liable for the rent
• No pets
• No smoking
• Gondola Village strata bylaws apply, and you will sign the Form K acknowledging them
• Fixed term of twelve months
• Security deposit of half of one month’s rent

You will be asked for previous landlord references, proof of employment or income, and consent to a credit check. There is no application fee and no placement fee charged to tenants.

Once an application is accepted, a security deposit of half of one month’s rent is payable. The tenancy agreement is the standard BC Residential Tenancy Branch form.
